Set forth below are the terms and conditions governing Kaptured Attention LLC. By registering with www.kapturedattention.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), whether you use the services offered by Kaptured Attention LLC or not. If you do not wish to abide by this Agreement, please do not register and do not use any portion of this website. We reserve the right to change, update, modify and or revise these terms of use at any time at our sole discretion, without notice or liability. Please check the Kaptured Attention LLC website often to review any updated terms.
Eligibility
The website is not intended to be viewed, and the services are not intended to be purchased, used or any way of the aforementioned by anyone under the age of twenty one. By entering the Kaptured Attention LLC Website or using the services, you are agreeing that you are not under the age of twenty one.
Other Terms and Conditions
By using the Services of Kaptured Attention LLC, you are representing to Kaptured Attention that you have agreed not only to the terms and conditions stated here, but the terms and conditions of any online dating site you are currently using or for Kaptured Attention LLC to use on your behalf. You should carefully read the privacy policies and other conditions of use on your online dating site of choice to ensure that using the Services of Kaptured Attention LLC is permitted by the terms and conditions of any online dating site that you are currently using or intend to use.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting with Kaptured Attention LLC, you must do so no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. If the meeting is canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period prior to the meeting, an additional cancellation fee may be charged. If the meeting is canceled prior to the 24-hour period and before any work is done, a refund will be issued, minus applicable credit card transaction fees incurred by Kaptured Attention LLC.
Billing and Refund Policy
All purchases made and Services contracted by you with Kaptured Attention LLC are final and no refunds or credits will be given to you for any reason if you cancel this Agreement or do not use or discontinue the Services before the end of the Agreement (except the aforementioned period before the work begins). In no event shall you be entitled to refunds or credits because of a lack of fulfillment of the Services for any reason, including but not limited too: meeting a potential mate through the Services, meeting a potential mate outside of the Services, dissatisfaction with the Services. Once the agreement to begin Services has been made, there shall be no refunds or credits provided.
If you notify Kaptured Attention LLC in writing, in advance, that you wish to put your service on hold, Kaptured Attention will allow you to do so for a period of up to two month, with the Services resuming for the time remaining upon notification to Kaptured Attention LLC that you wish to resume the Services within that two month period.
Any such hold will expire after those two months. In addition, if you have not utilized previously paid for Services for a consecutive two month period or more, with no prior hold notification to Kaptured Attention LLC and no communication with Kaptured Attention LLC in that time period, then those Services will be forfeited after those two months. Any unused Services will be forfeited without any refund or credit being provided to you.
Kaptured Attention LLC has limited resources, all of those resources are dedicated to the current clients we serve, so by accepting you as a client, Kaptured Attention LLC may have had to turn away other potential clients to service you.
Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions, online or in person, with individuals you chose to connect with after receiving Services from Kaptured Attention LLC. Kaptured Attention LLC makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of any person you may meet after receiving Services from Kaptured Attention LLC. In no event shall Kaptured Attention LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever, either direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, punitive, and/or connection with the use of the Services, including, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or other damages, including death, resulting from communications or interactions, online or in person, with any persons you meet by receiving Services from Kaptured Attention LLC.
Communications and Content
All email sent to any email addresses of the Website becomes the property of Kaptured Attention LLC. The Website may provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses or social media links. Kaptured Attention LLC is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or materials. Kaptured Attention LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of these or any other third parties. Your use of such websites or materials is at your own risk and you should carefully review privacy statements and other conditions of use.
You shall use the Website for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit via the Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is false, unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law, or which without the Website’s express written prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to the Services.
